Automatic Capsule Loader which is used to fill loading trays with empty capsules. It is compact and easily movable. The empty capsules loaded into the hopper of the machine get nested through the magazine into the loading tray automatically orienting the cap up and body down. Time for loading 300 capsules in a 300-hole tray is approx 28 seconds.

 Automatic Capsule Loaders are designed to fill all standard size capsules. Automatic Capsule Loaders have Interchangeable parts that can be supplied for all sizes viz: 00,0,1,2,3,4,5. Automatic Capsule Loaders are as per GMP models with SS 304 Construction.
